Bug fix release 22-Apr-2018

I have posted a new release (22-Apr-2018) in full installer and executable-only. Minor edits to help file to describe histogram entire image/masked area only feature and Crop.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Changed interface for histogram of masked areas only to a button, and extended the feature to the Adjust and Monochrome transformations.
Fixed problem in Image Info dialog box leaving a sliver of text showing when switching from the Image tab.
Fixed problems causing errors displaying black and white images with monitor profile set to None.
Fixed problems in Crop transformation with units set to cm or mm.
