Zoom Blur seems to need a lot of resorces. The default values 100/5 may take 2 minutes just to open the dialog depending on the image size. You can always cancel the process (with the red error thumbnail) and set and save new defaults, such as 100/0, but is a bit awkward solution.

Why not make 100/0 a "factory" setting? You can have a fast start and only then set or tune the right Blur value.
