Bug fix release 14-Apr-2018

I have posted a new release (14-Apr-2018) in both full version and executable-only. The help file now includes a description of the Stack Images transformation.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Fixed problem in Multipoint Gradient where clicking on a control point without moving it caused it to change position.
Implemented a version of the Stack Images transformation from PWP 7.20, but with a cleaner interface. Details in the help file.
