Bug fix release 9-Apr-2018

I have posted a new release (9-Apr-2018) in both full version and executable-only. No changes to the help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Fixed problem in most transformations where starting a new mask would split the screen but not set the transformation dialog buttons to indicate split screen.
Fixed problem in most transformations where turning synchronized scrolling on hid any mask overlay.
Fixed problem with Paint and Clone tools that caused incorrect screen updates during strokes if the image was zoomed so it had scroll bars.
