Digital Light & Color

I downloaded & installed PWP Pro64 v7.0.20. When I click Help > Open Electronic Manual I get a message Download Manual - not available locally.
After downloading & installing the manual I still get the same message.
PWP Help is available in the program listings.

Am I doing this wrong?

A left click on "Help - Open Electronic Manual" is looking for a 'Docs' folder containing pdf files that should be installed by PWP7Docs.msi to a location whose path is:

C:/Users/<your user name>/AppData/Roaming/Digital Light and Color/Picture Window/Docs

which in order for you to see, you may need to check folder View preference 'hidden items' in File Explorer for a Win 10 Home 64 bit OS.

Check to see if you have the Docs folder with pdfs at this location...
