Main Tool Bar

I may be dreaming, or may have seen this elsewhere with another program and am just confused (highly likely).

Was there not a change a while ago which allowed the user to manage the Main Tool Bar and remove some icons that were used infrequently and/or add others that the user may use more frequently??

I did a search and ran through some of the more recent revisions, without any luck, so may very well be dreaming.

There was a feature added to Quick Pick a little while ago to order the buttons with the most frequently used first.
