The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Show Dependencies: added a Back button and made other cosmetic changes to the user interface. A full install is required to get some updated bitmaps.

Added new Magnify transformation – similar to Stretch but radial instead of horizontal or vertical. See the updated help file or Transformations.pdf for details.
