The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Added new Stretch transformation. It lets you expand or compress a selected horizontal or vertical strip of an image. See the help file or Transformations.pdf for details.

Pretty awesome turnout time! :-) The new Stretch does what it says and this wasn't easy to do neatly before. Cheers!

p.s. A suggestion already too: would it make sense to have a toggle switch that would allow to stretch/compress either the middle or the margins?

And one more suggestion, but this is even more iffy and depends on the merit of the previous one: if the margins are to be stretched/compressed, could the Scale slider be split into a dual one - each side for one of the margins?

One more thought: maybe this stretching of margins is not that necessary as it can be already done by two applications of the Stretch as it is - for one margin, then the other - and keeps the interface simple.

For the next release, I added 2 more sliders so you can independently adjust the scale factor for the areas on either sides of the marker lines.
