An update is available to Version 8.0.369 (17-Jun-2023)

The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Two Zone and Three Zone transformations: reversed the meaning of the transition sliders (100% <-> 0%). Pre-existing scripts reverse the slider values when they are loaded.

Match Reference: updated the descriptions in the help file and Transformations.pdf to be less confusing.

Updated IR Photography.pdf with examples of generating contrast in nature and landscape images.

Started work on updating the Gallery section of the web site.

I got the attached error-message from the Windows-installer.
OK, it is german, but the meaning is:
Another version of this program is allready installed. The given advice is to use the system functions to configure the installed Version or to remove it.
I am not shure, if it is a "home-brewed" problem of my 10 years old system.
Any idea besides removing the old Version?

Hi Winfried.
I received the same error.
If you launch the old Control Panel, go to 'Programs and Features' (or your equivalent), then select 'Picture Window' and choose Repair from the top line, It seems to fix the error and also install version 369.
Everything seems OK afterwards.

The installer software I use gets updated frequently -- it looks like the latest version may have some kind of problem. It is generally safe to just manually uninstall the previous version.

Repair doesn't fix it. But uninstall does.
