PWP 8.165 (Oct-14-20) Version Crashes While Trying to Open Previous Workspaces

Using PWP 8.165 (10/14/20), PWP can't successfully open any of my prior Workspaces that I've tried. It crashes at the very end.
Rev 8.164 seems to work fine. Attached is an offending Workspace sample. The original image is 48-bit tiff.
