PWP7, Windows7, 32bit/64bit, Admin privledge and portability

Could someone more knowledgeable than me briefly summarize the pitfalls of running PWP on 'guest' machines. In particular:

- can PWP7 64 be installed in any folder in Windows7 64?
- can PWP7 be run off USB drives?
- does one need Admin privileges to run/install PWP7?
- I understand that during installation PWP7 writes some entries to the registry and also to [User]/App Data/Roaming/Digital Light and Color/Picture Window/ (at least on Windows7 64). Are these the only entries outside of the PWP7 installation folders that PWP needs?

And the summary question: how portable is PWP7?
