Mouse cursor left over the toolbar impedes Ctrl F shortcut

Switching between the buttons on The Display Tool Bar and leaving the mouse cursor hovering over the main toolbar somehow locks or deactivates the current image even though its thumbnail stays highlighted in the image browser.

If you then press Ctrl-F to display the image full screen against a black background, nothing happens until you first click anywhere in the PWP workspace, or just move the cursor away from the tool bar.

This is not a problem, but may be confusing if you do not know it and sometimes move the mouse and sometimes leave it over the buttons.
