Dough, do not dispair :). If someone needs three posts to describe sufficiently a problem or an idea, the fault will most probably be on his side.

The post boils down to the simple fact that if there is a difference between input and output resolution, the Resize does not pre-fill just the previous value but the calculated result of the previous value multiplied by the resolution ratio: so instead of 45.0 it pre-filled 45 * 1.5 = 67.5 and then 67.5 * 1.5 = 101.2 etc.

If I had posted this short one-sentence description (fourth post :)) at the very beginnig, everything might have been clear at the very beginnig. On the other hand I also needed some time to understand more deeply all the detailes.
At least the Mesasge board came to live again for a few moments.
