When pixels are selected in the Layout transformation, the ruler for inches is displayed instead of for pixels.

By the way, is there a way to position also the Layout page to the Landscape orientation?

Yes, there is no pixel ruler. Maybe in a future version.

You can resize the Layout dialog to change the size and proportions of the preview image.
