Masking Remove Pinholes

The Remove Pinhole tool doesn't seem to remove pinholes around the edges. Also, Threshold of 0% seems to behave like a Threshold of 100%.

The pinhole tool needs space around the pinhole to detect and remove it so it does not work right at the edges of the mask.

I fixed the 0% problem for the next release.
