Bug fix release 25-May-2019

I have posted a new release (25-May-2019).

The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Fixed error message and crash in Clone transformation when loading settings or executing a script file that refers to an input image that is no longer present.

Added commands to the Settings menus for the Clone, Paint and Smudge tools to let you load or save the current brush settings.
