Bug fix release 27-Apr-2019

I have posted a new release (27-Apr-2019).

The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Layout: fixed problem with panel size in pixels being displayed one larger than it was in some cases.

Reworked code for saving/restoring workspace on exit/startup – see help file under File Preferences for details. Added a new Preferences setting to control asking to save workspace on Close All Images (or when loading a new script or workspace script).

Clone, Paint and Smudge: now preserve zoom factor and scroll position from input image when starting a new transformation.

Clone: fixed problem of no effect if you clone with a single click only.

Fixed problem with restoring gray profile color management settings when loading a script and a color management settings mismatch was detected.

Fixed problem causing PWP to crash on startup if certain unusual ICC profiles were present.
