My disk is formatted with NTFS.

....As I suspected, there is a one-hour difference, presumably due to the recent switch to daylight savings time....

Which recent switch do you have on mind? The switch to daylight savings time is only to come on 31 - Mar- 2019.

It happened here on Mar. 10.

Though many will disagree, I thought that only some European countries are foolish enough to meddle with the time. :)

I agree it's a stupid idea and even worse, they keep tinkering with the changeover dates. In the USA, certain areas don't have DST at all. Microsoft has never really figured out what to do with it. There does seem to be a movement building here to do away with DST and I have it takes hold.
