I have posted a new release (28-Dec-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. No changes to help file.

The changes (taken from the update log) are:

When adding files to a File Open file list, duplicates are now ignored.

Frame: fixed problems with tinting gray tiles.

Added a Picture Window tutorial to the downloads page – still a work in progress.

There still seems to be a problem with refreshing the color of the frame in the preview.

1. load a gray tile, tint it and click OK
2. reopen the the frame dialog -> the frame in the preview is untinted gray
3. reload the tile from the image list -> the frame in the preview gets tinted again, synchronized with the color of the tint square

Also, at the step 2, any attempt to change the tint color, using its color picker, has no effect on the gray frame in the preview. However this does not happen once the preview frame color is refreshed - step 3.

One more observation:
Save the workflow described above into a (workspace) script, close it and reload it -> the image frame in the preview is untinted gray.
This time it is the image preview, that the frame is not refreshed in, as opposed to the Frame transformation dialog preview, as described previously

To fix it, follow the steps 2 and 3.

I missed a couple of other places in the code that needed to be changed. Fixed for next release.
