Bug fix release 19-Oct-20184

I have posted a new release (19-Oct-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Median Blur: fixed problem with variable blur and amount slider less than 100%.
Conditional Curve: fixed problem with curves being overly sensitive to changes. Added a Strength slider to let you vary how sensitive the curve is. To make subtle adjustments more easily, reduce Strength to below 100%. This change will affect existing scripts as the old curves will no longer have the same effect.
Stack Images: fixed problem with lots of unnecessary calculations being done.
