Bug fix release 11-Oct-20184

I have posted a new release (11-Oct-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
File/White Screen: fixed some minor problems.
Texture: More speedup using CUDA, fixed some minor bugs, and moved some settings from the Settings Menu to buttons on the top line of the dialog box. A full install is necessary to get an additional required DLL for generating sets of random numbers with CUDA.
Bilateral Sharpen: major speedup using CUDA. This also speeds up some other transformations that incorporate bilateral sharpening such as Adjust and Brightness Curve (advanced option).
