Bug fix release 3-Oct-2018

I have posted a new release (3-Oct-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Bilateral Sharpen: added Sharpen Luminance Only option to Settings Menu.
Increased stack size for Mask Flood Fill tool to avoid overflow with complex regions in large images.
