Bug fix release 29-Sep-2018

I have posted a new release (29-Sep-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
Mask: Added two commands to the Settings menu: “Save current mask” and “Combine saved mask”. Save current mask stores a copy of the current mask image internally. Combine saved mask combines the saved mask with the current mask, according to the current mask mode (Add/Subtract/Overlap/Invert). This feature takes the place of the mask combine tool in PWP 7.20 without introducing adding any dependencies on other images that would be very complicated to keep track of.
Levels and Color: fixed problem with error on startup in some cases.
