Bug fix release 23-Aug-2018

I have posted a new release (23-Aug-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.

The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Removed the Edit menu commands for Set Destination, Clear Destination, Copy Image to Destination and Move Image to Destination – these commands did not work because after setting a destination since clicking on the source image deselects the destination. These commands are now available only through the right-click context menu or via the mouse shortcuts. Added Set as Destination to the branch context menu since branches are legal destinations.

Fixed problem in Resize – was not hiding units control in Set Pixel Width and Height mode.

Gradient – Linear, Oval and Sweep – fixed problem with Fill mode and amount slider > 0 and < 100.

During recalculation, the thumbnail in the image browser for the image currently being recalculated is now displayed with a cyan title bar background, so you can watch the recalculation progress through the affected images.

Fixed problems with incomplete recalculation after copy/move – still working to optimize so only the necessary images are recalculated after copy/move.
