Bug fix release 13-Jun-2018

I have posted a new release (13-Jun-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Fixed problem with closing images that were at the bottom of a branch not updating the previous image correctly. This in turn was causing problems when saving and restoring scripts.
Fixed problem causing crash in some cases when changing the monitor profile setting in the Color Management dialog box.
