Bug fix release 11-Jun-2018

I have posted a new release (11-Jun-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Fixed problem causing Monitor Curves not to update the test patches correctly after a Load. Also made initial size of Monitor Curves dialog box larger.
Started the process of changing the way Cancel works. Transformations in alphabetical order between Add Border and Calendar have been fixed so that when you click Cancel (or the close icon), they request confirmation and then restore the settings and output image from the time the edit was initiated. It will take a while to get to the end of the alphabet.
