When I have all images minimized in PWP and work on a layout transform, I can not minimize PWP and then maximize it without the images also getting maximized which results in extremely annoying clutter (in this case suddenly nine overlapping windows that obscure the layout transform).

Minimizing and then maximizing PWP should not change the state of the minimized windows within PWP.
