Re: Printing issue : Print transformation inserted
Lilke Charles2 said, the contents and appearances of the windows that appear in the process of printing an image changed a few months ago. The first window that appears for me differs that what Charles2 sees. In mine, I can choose the printer, and then I must choose "more settings" to get ...

Match Reference: Capabilities and files
In the documentation under the Settings Menu it appears that one is to have the option Save Curves and Save Color Correction. I don't see either option. For saving, I see only "Save Settings As", and this only saves a *.match reference file in the Match Reference directory. Earlier the doc...

Some Color Questions
I am trying to deepen my understanding of the use of color on computers, and my experiments have not provided clear answers to the following questions. 1. If Chrome is set for sRGB and PWP for Adobe RGB and both are displaying images at the same time, is the Chrome window displaying using sRGB and t...

Match Reference
I had difficulty understanding the documentation on the Match Reference transformation partly because it seems like Reference Image, image of the color target, and target image all mean the same thing. For me, a better term would be "Standardizing Image" and it would be good to use the ter...

Re: Augmented Fill
On further thought, I'm less hopeful that the transformation would be of general use. My two uses would be in helping to remove some artifacts in focus stacking and in helping to clone out halos (from images for large prints).

Augmented Fill
It seems like a useful transformation would be the combination of Fill plus Clone with linked cursors. That is, instead of filling with a fixed color, one could fill from a chosen area from the same or other image. Yes, the same can be accomplished with a mask generated with flood fill and linked cl...

Re: Masks
I did not save the relevant workspace file. Since having the problem, I've closed and opened PWP and worked on new images. I think therefore, that the current workspace file will not be helpful. Would the saved script for the image be of use, as I still have that?

Masks
Can a mask be too complicated or contain too many drawing operations to be saved properly? Such a complicated mask worked fine, and I obtained the image I sought. However, the mask was not saved, neither when I saved the image tree (on which a number of other masks were properly saved), nor in the w...
