Last year we were told the Beta version would be out by the end of the year. Which year was not stated but, silly me, I thought that meant by the end of 2010 and I bought a new computer to handle the new 64 bit version.

The PWP file on my computer is in Program Files (X86) - Digital Light & Color. I could find no "previous.as" file in the PWP folder. Also, for making file changes I am a complete "lead by the hand" type. Saying change permissions does not mean anything to me, sorry.

I just downloaed and installed PWP Pro 5.0.1.9. The Advanced Shapen transformation does not "remember" the previous setting. The other transformations I used did remember the previous settings.

Agree, I forgot to mention that I do any necessry sharpening between the resize and add border transformations.

I just make this a 2 step process. First I resize the image and then, as a separate step, add the border. I got into this habit when Crop and Add Border were two separate transformations.

No, this is entirely different than the old Healing Brush. With "Content Aware" it is much more powerful and 10 times better. Go to the Adobe site for the full PS and watch their bit on content aware. It works the same in Elements 9 with the healing brush if you select the content aware op...
