Re: Color Correction

Thanks again Jonathan and MarkT for the continued advice. I was able to use the script attachment, and I also now know how to save as a text file, if I ever run across that need in the future. I played with both methods, but I had issues with getting the right color/blend and preventing it from spre...

Re: Color Correction

Thanks for the replies, I was actually trying to change the green light in the second (bluer one), but I think the mechanisms should be the same. I will actually look to change the green in both versions to see which looks the best. MarkT, I have never used the Hue Saturation transform, so it will t...

Sorry, the files were a bit bigger than they perhaps should have been.

Color Correction

I have an image which is comprised of three separate images - each image is of the same subject, a traffic light in fog at night, and each image was taken when the light was red, green and yellow so only one light is lit in each. I have comp'd the three together so the final image shows all three li...

Re: Drawing Lines

Thanks again Jonathan, I am slowly figuring this whole thing out. And, to a couple of your points: I see about dragging and dropping the last point over the first to close a loop. And, you are correct in your last comment, I was crossing lines, which obviously (now) caused the loss of some of the do...

Re: Drawing Lines

Thanks Jonathan for the continued replies. And not wanting to beat a dead (dying) horse, and I guess it ultimately depends on the intent of the Lines tool. But I don't understand why clicking, as I previously described, adds a point (and new line segments) between the other two points, when to do sa...

Re: Drawing Lines

Jonathan, Thanks for the replies. First, and not sure this amounts to anything as I noticed it when I forgot to choose a color for the line, but if no color is chosen (so, white) and two points are clicked and OK'd, the resultant document has a faint double lined dotted line where the line should ha...

Drawing Lines

Latest version. Blank document and use the Lines, Arrows and Text tool. Only settings changes made are color and "Snap To". Shift + Click to start line and click a distance away, near but not exactly horizontal. - Snap to does not make the line horizontal. Doesn't work for verticals either...

Re: Shrinking the middle

MarkT, Thanks for the reminder. When that thread showed up, I actually read it but gave it no further thought. Now that I have visited it again, I wonder if one could first cut the image in half (crop the right half, then crop the left half), then use the method shown by Jonathan on each half to com...
