IE 6, IE 7 and firefox all have the same problems - missing icons, and impossible to edit posts and so on. However on the other PHPboard I'm on, these problems don't exist. Must be something to do with the way this board is installed/configured.

The dots in the posts are where the extra icons should be, including those to edit a post.

There should be buttons for editing posts and so on. I think they're dependant on the skin you've used. Not sure if the edit posts value if for later edits or the original edit, on another board I'm an admin which is also phpBB, this is set to zero and we have an edit button showing where the black ...

The white triangle shows 'Report this post' when you do a mouse over. The red one doesn't give a message.
