Re: Who is still out there?

Ditto for me. I check this forum every day. I intend to keep using PWP as long as I can.

Re: Can't open or save files

After clicking on File>Save as, I waited a while and then went to have dinner. About an hour later I came back and the "save as" dialog box was up and I was able to save the file. I don't know how long it took to finally come up.

Can't open or save files

This is a new behavior on a Windows 10 computer. I have run PWPro on this computer before but today when I try to open a file from the menu I get the hour glass but it never goes away and I have to close the program. If I right click and select open with PWPro it will open the file and I can do any ...

Re: File size / Metadata

It should be noted that once a file has been saved as a jpeg the damage has been done and restoring to full size does not bring back the data that was lost. It does return the image to the full memory size but the data will be different. Saving it again at the same compression ratio will will produc...

Then I went back into PWP 7 and tried printing and when I selected the printer, ...

Printer driver problem?

I have been running PWP5 on a Windows 2000 machine and doing all my printing on an Epson Stylus Photo 2200. I have been slowly migrating to a new computer running Windows 7 64 bit and have installed PWP6 64 bit and also the PWP7 64 bit Beta. The old computer has finally bit the dust and I am trying ...

Re: Questions on White Balance

The "Radio Button" terminology comes from the old style analog car radios that had a row of mechanical push buttons that could be preset to tune specific stations. Each button was mechanically linked to all the others and when any one button was pushed it would remain selected and any othe...

Re: newbie question

There is a web service called yousendit.com that is used to send large files. You go to that site, upload the file, and then they send a link to the file to you and to your desired recipient. Just have it sent to yourself and then post the link here. Then any of us who would like to try our own conv...
