I tend to agree with Maciej... ..I like the changes that have been made. The Windows 10 colors selection will also determine what you see displayed.

I noticed this too... ...I will usually follow the Finalized HS selections with a Mask-Brightness Curve to increase contrast to better separate the selected control point regions from the remaining HS's.

If you move the dialog to a new location from its original position, you loose the ability to select control points. Closing the Mask Tool and re-opening it, then open the Hue & Saturation dialog without relocating will restore control point select-ability.
