Exif-Data (Focal Length(mm)) is incorrect
After saving a jpg with PWP 6 (XP SP3) the field "Focal Length(mm)" is corrupted while the field "Equiv 35mm FL" is still ok. Focal Length(mm) seemes to be set to a value of 0.0052 Camera is a Pentax k-5 with different lenses, Firmware 1.11, but I do not think it is a hardware/fi...

strange windows popup
If I double-click an image in the explorer the attached message pops up before PWP starts.
If I start PWP "normal" no message appears.
Any idea what might be the reason?

Re: Handling of DMG raw files
DAM means digital assets management, normally a database program to handle the digital assets: images, videos, mp3, documents, etc.

Re: Handling of DMG raw files
Using the *dng-Format with VueScan is normally useless unless you use Lightroom as a rawconverter or as a "micky-mouse" DAM. If you use *.dng for your scans you do not have the full Vuescan rawdata, since *.dng can not handle the infrared-channel. This is only posasible with the natic 4-ch...

Re: Save As Widget - no file numbering
Another question here: The option "Delete original File after saving" seemes not work here. But I think this option might be usefull, at least in some configurations: I use a DAM (IMatch). From IMatch I start a raw-converter (bibble or RawTherapee). The raw-converter writes the data to a t...

Re: tiff 48-bit prophoto
I tried to check your findings with my software:
- dam software: IMatch, which software do you use?
- Bibble 5.1
- PWP 5.0.1.8
It seemes that IMatch has a problem to recognize the ICC-Profile under every circumstance.
On the other hand PWP reorganises the meta-data before saving a file.
