Definitly win 7 and if possible 64bit.
BTW. I use the 32-bit pwp to see the image without softproof setting while I work inside the 64-bit version with the softproof option on.

full screen mode?
Hi
Is it possible to use pwp 6.0.x 64bit in "full screen" mode?
In other words dropping the topmost -almost empty- bar.

Re: save as : no correct icc profile saved?
If it was None, the image was not loaded correctly with it's profile. Can be either the embedded profile was corrupted, the settings for importing images in PWP were wrong or the image had mistakenly the profile not embedded (and for sure some reasonsi do not think of, now). And if the image was no...

Re: save as : no correct icc profile saved?
Alain, What profile did it show as Current Color Profile in Change Color Profile ? If it was none, you probably did not convert it correctly to the working color space when opening. Edit / Addendum You can check the profile a image is in by right click in it and select Properties, it shows the prof...

save as : no correct icc profile saved?
Hi Today I had two times where a "saved as" didn't save a usable icc-profile (usable as in "not used the next time pwp 6.0 opened the file and not used by idImager). last 64-bit pwp 6.0, 16 bit tiff "zipped" and icc profile was "kodak prophoto". The icc-profile was...

enable proofing can be slow (64bit 6.0.9)
Hi When I use the "enable proofing" button it seems to switch all windows, including those that are completely hidden. I thought that pwp was crashed when I had a lot of windows open (+50) and hit the "enable proofing" button, but it's easily tested with making a few copies from ...

Re: Double-click and 1:1?
While an appealing suggestion, double-click cannot be used because it would interfere with various tools and transformations that intercept clicks on the image window. In addition to the zoom tool Kiril mentioned there is also the magnifier tool which lets you view part of an image window at 1:1. U...

Re: Double-click and 1:1?
To zoom in on a current point, select the Zoom tool (+- icon in the tool bar) and click on the point in the image you want in the center. Each click increases the magnification. Kiril Hi Kiril Thanks, this works for zooming in with one level. A jump tot 1:1 mode (or even better zoom several steps i...

Re: Double-click and 1:1?
... An advantage of double clicking, that I can think of, is the possibility of instantly centering the 1:1 crop at the point that you double-clicked on. This would be very very nice. Even if the position is used when using the drop down menu. It's annoying to go searching the right location after ...

Re: soft proofing (like in the "camera to print" video)
Hi Digital Dog has made two video's about the soft proofing with LR 4 - beta. Some nice idea's to use in pwp. Especially looking at a normal and soft proofed version at the same time while editing the soft proofed version and the background (not 100% white), probably like the paper. http://digitaldo...
