I've not yet played around with HDR, but in looking at some Magic Lantern info, I stumbled into
the option of doing HDR using image fusion algorithms such as provided by the "enfuse" software.
Has anyone played with this type of HDR combining?
Thanks!

Magic Lantern (for Canon) Dual ISO feature
I use a Canon DSLR and a friend pointed me to the "Magic Lantern" f/w enhancement that adds a bunch of features including one called "Dual ISO". In this mode, the camera (as I understand it) sets adjacent pixels to different ISO values to grab a photo at two different ISOs simult...

Re: easy slide show?
I played with built-in Windows tools to play slides, but my experience was that they are
too brain dead to rotate an image automatically. Sigh.

Brightness curve - detail control bug???
I opened a jpeg color image and played around with the Brightness Curve : Detail Control feature. I basically turned it on & off looking at how the image changed with various settings. I then converted it to monochrome using a green filter. I then tried the Brightness Curve : Detail Control feat...

Have you had a chance to play with the new feature? Does it look promising?
It would be nice if DL&C (or someone) would make a tips page with tidbits on this feature and
other things (like the quick & easy slide show feature).
Thanks for all your good posts.

Re: release info available?
Thanks for the tip.
Do you want to think about adding a link on the download page??? I'll browse the
dl&c site periodically and it would be nice just to click on a link there. Now that I
know the way in via the program, I'll be able to use that.
Great product!

easy slide show?
Is there a way to simply point to a directory and have PWP play a slide show? I've never had any good luck with the
current slide show tools on large directories, it always seems to run for a dozen or so pictures, then it starts just
showing black images.
Any thoughts?

Is there a list available that shows what has been added/fixed for each release of PWP?

Re: Canon's "Digital Lens Optimizer" software for RAW images
Sorry for the delay in discussing my results using the DLO s/w. I've not yet tried to do an AB comparison of the same raw image using DLO vs PWP conversion. For now, my results are entirely empirical (and may be influenced by my new Canon 70D). Previous experience was with a Canon 40D with other len...
