FYI...
I found a copy of this *.dll already in another program folder; made a copy; and pasted it to PWP8's program folder. PWP8 then started/opened from its desktop program link.

Confirm "Internal error: zoom factor = 0" is resolved for Multi Color Balance used in a Branch with its 'hard coded' default settings using PWP 8.0.exe v8-0-36.
