Den could you please explain a little more about how you created and applied the mask? Does the one mask have a shape to cover the dark shadow end at 100% and the sky brightness also at 100%, leaving the mid range at 0%? Or should the mid range be a flat line at 38%? Also your mask seems to be nicel...

Hi Kiril. I am using XP SP3. I did try your idea of removing the "read only" flag from the "Digital Light & Color" directory and sub directories. But got the same symptoms ie. dialog seems to let you delete custom profiles, but on restarting PWP thos profiles are still there....

Hi, I did search the PW Support forum but found no reference to this issue. I created some custom templates in the Print Album dialog which worked very well. I then wanted to delete them.
