Not sure if this answers your question, but if you select File Info for a saved image's thumbnail it tells you both the original filename and the name you saved it under.

The Mean Image calculation is part of sharpening. If you defer sharpening until the end you will avoid the delay.

These problems all go back to the feature added 13-Oct that lets you toggle between zoom to fit and zoom to 1:1 and preserve the zoom and scroll settings of the 1:1 view. Thanks, I was eventually able to reproduce the problem -- it only happened in some cases when editing the Overlay mask.

I am not seeing this here -- can you supply some more information. Are the images zoomed in or out while you create the mask? Does this always happen or only sometimes? Does it matter that you do a flood fill first? How large and what types are the images? Also, what version of Windows are you using...
