Changining file types, "-1" designation
I have the latest PWPro 64 7.0.12 (downloaded today). One of the fixes that PWPRO 7.0 implemented was that when you were saving a file and changing the file type (e.g., from tiff to jpeg) a "-1 " was not added to the file name. It is back. With 7.0.12 I get the " -1 " when I save...

Profile & Comments Box
I have the latest PWPro 64 7.0.12 (downloaded today).
Every time I save a tiff file as jpeg a box pops up that wants me to set my "Profile & Comments". I have been using PW since version 1.0 and this is the first time I have seen this! How do I stop this box from popping up?

File Assocations
I have the latest PWPro 64 7.0.12 (downloaded today).
The "Associations" tab is missing from the File Menu. As per the manual it should be just below "Preferences". How do I change the file associations?

Keep Your Old Serial Numbers
I just had a computer crash where I had to reload everything including Windows. When I went to reload my PWP 6.0 I found that, in addition to my PWP 6.0 Serial Number, I needed my PWP 5.0 Serial Number. This is because my 6.0 was an upgrade. Luckily I had not cleaned out my files and still had the P...

Re: "Close all windows" issue...
For both versions 5 and 6, under Preferences you can set "Confirm on Close" to "Do Not Confirm". I have it set to Do not Confirm and use the Window "Close All" command to close many open windows at once without having to confirm any of them. You just have to be careful ...

Re: Out of memory when using clone tool
The problem is the undo buffer for the clone tool which gradually gets larger and larger the more cloning you do. The larger the brush, the more memory it needs. You can set Undo (File Preferences) to Single which still allows you to undo one stroke but not all previous strokes, or you can reset th...

Re: Show clipped pixels in RAW
The only way I have been successful in showing clipped pixels is after converting the RAW to TIFF I use the brighness curve transformation. Use the Stair Step curve and move the right end just so that it shows (as close to the right edge as you can get it). Then go to preview and you will see your c...
