Jonathan, you mentioned that you use DxO PhotoLab to develop raw files. Do you have any suggestions?
Among other things, I wonder whether you use an .icc profile created with PWP | Create Profile, and if so, what settings when creating the profile and then settings in PhotoLab to use it.

Re: Suggestion for Adjust/Selective Colour
I'm still developing an intuitive feel for the weight scale 0..100. It is easy to fall back to spraying fixed control points around, or, if only one color needs change, making a mask.

Re: Off-Topic -- Images
I would like to pull together a gallery of images from PWP users - how that would work is something I am still trying to figure out. The simplest way would be a series of links to each user's own galleries... My Flickr account | About opens: "Nearly every photo was finished in Picture Window P...

Re: Left-to-right
Sometimes I prefer your way, sometimes the opposite. If I could drag a browser column horizontally by its top, File Open window, I'd have both choices available.

For the bypass button?
We can select/deselect a branch of images below a current image. Then we can close or copy the selected images. Maybe a third button that will Turn the bypass button of the selected images on/off?

Thank you. I knew there was a Bypass transformation, but I did not know about the bypass button. RTFM yet again.

Workaround for slow Bilateral Sharpen transformation
Bilateral Sharpen at a large radius takes around 20 seconds to compute on my system. All the other frequently used transformations are speedy. When modifying transforms in a sequence that has a Bilateral Sharpen at or near the end, the delay becomes tedious. My workaround is to do the Bilateral Shar...

Re: Hard to See Cursor
For me, the "cross" cursor. I believe Windows calls it the Precision Select pointer in the Control Panel -- but I did not see a helpful adjustment to it there.'

Re: Additions?
Jonathan recommends DxO PhotoLab for your raw developer program. That led me to play with it, and it is indeed impressive for my cameras. It has a Micro Contrast control, which looks like a local contrast enhancer. I haven't pushed it to see when halos appear. Just for my taste, it needs to be used ...
