Re: Who is still out there?

I think its because it works so well and does everything I want, I rarely need to come by here. Mainly I come now to make sure the forum still exists :) but I'll come more often to check for V8...

Re: All Good Things Come to an End

Re: Black and White

I often scan through the R,G,B, luminance, and brightness channels to see what I prefer for a particular image. If 2 or more have appealing features, I use stack images to combine them.

Re: Text and super/sub script

Dieter,
I'm using Office 2000 and a 10 year old PWP version running under Win98. It doesn't surprise me that some of the details might be different, but the overall functionality should be there.

Maybe Kiril will have a suggestion.

Re: Text and super/sub script

:) Dieter, I seem to recall that you were interested in curved text at one time. You can use this Word based approach to create "Word Art" objects including curved text.

Re: Text and super/sub script

Bob, how do you get the equation from Word to PWP ? Simply copying as text don't work for me. I would use Microsoft Paint as described above, but do you have a direct way ? Dieter, In Word, "Insert Object" choosing the Microsoft Equation Editor as the source for creating the equation. You...

Re: Text and super/sub script

For complex equations, the simplest approach is to use the equation editor in Word. The object that is created can then be pasted into PWP where it can easily be converted to a mask for use with the paint tool.
