I install PWP on a USB hard drive then remove the hard drive and de-install PWP. What you end up with is a portable version of PWP minus the registry entries. Hi Marv,

as you have plenty of resources I would suggest a RAM check as RAM problems generally announce themselves as in-consistent problems similar to what you are experiencing.

Welcome to the board. To answer your question, you need to use the "Register" operation and I would suggest you use the "One Point (Shift)" alignment mode. As you are doing time lapse I will assume you are using a tripod so there should be no rotation of the camera between images...

Marv, check your disk space and specifically your swap space. It may be a case of running out of resources on the machine.
